By accessing or using the DeepNest platform (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
DeepNest provides AI-assisted code generation, unit test writing, documentation generation, and related developer automation tools. The Service is provided by DeepNest, Friedrichstraße 68, Berlin 10117, Germany.
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
You agree not to use the Service to:
Code generated by DeepNest using your codebase as context is assigned to you. DeepNest retains no ownership over code generated from your repositories. The DeepNest platform, branding, and underlying models remain the intellectual property of DeepNest.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected at signup. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial periods unless required by applicable consumer law.
DeepNest targets 99.9% platform uptime. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated at least 48 hours in advance. Enterprise SLA terms are defined in separate agreements.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, DeepNest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms when our practices or the Service change materially. We will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Berlin, Germany.
